As a client, you are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required for us to render our services. We are not liable for any penalties, delays, or rejections caused by inaccurate or delayed submission of documents and information by the client.
Fees for our services are clearly communicated upfront. Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. We use secure payment gateways (like Razorpay) to process payments. Government fees, if applicable, are separate from our professional fees unless stated otherwise.
While we strive to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance with current tax laws, Sulabh Tax India acts as a facilitator and consultant. We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from changes in government regulations, technical failures on government portals, or omissions made by the client.

These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
